For your convenience, you may pick up your purchased product(s) at our primary warehouse in Suffield CT.
- Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to you.
- Your order will be processed with our vendors to ship to our warehouse.
- As we receive confirmation from our vendors, we will update you with an estimated pick up date.
- As soon as your order is received, we will notify you and set up a time frame for you to pick up your order.
Pickup Instructions
- Please call us at 413-750-8977 one hour in advance prior to picking up your order.
- When you arrive at our warehouse to pick up, show your receipt and we’ll get your items loaded into your vehicle for you to secure and be on your way.
Loading Assistance
Our warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle. But you are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.
What You’ll Need
Please bring your ID, sales order, vehicle packing material, padding, and rope.
Recommended Vehicle(s)
Please bring a vehicle that has adequate space to transport your furniture pickup. We will not be responsible for unsafe loads.
Assembly Required
Items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
